Tailor-Made Transformer Solutions

Henka’s Cast Coil Power Transformers offer single-phase (up to 5,000 kVA) and three-phase (up to 15,000 kVA) capacities with voltage ratings up to 46kV (250kV BIL). They feature air-cooled copper or aluminum windings, a 180°C insulation system, and a 115°C temperature rise (optional 80°C) while meeting North American energy standards. Designed for indoor (Type 1) or optional outdoor enclosures (Type 2, 3R, 4, 4X, 12), they comply with IEEE and CSA sound levels.

CSA-certified, UL-listed, and ISO 9001:2015 compliant, they undergo rigorous testing and offer optional features like forced air cooling, surge protection, seismic mounting, and insulated bus systems for reliable performance.
